For April 2014, a total of 24 units of strata homes, i.e. condos and townhouses, were sold in UBC. This is an increase from the 15 units that sold in March 2014, but lower to the 27 units that sold in April 2013. The highest number of units sold in April in the last 4 years was in 2011, when a total of 37 homes were sold.
Of the 24 units that sold last month, 4 were 1-bedroom homes, 14 were 2-bedroom homes, and 6 units were 3-or-more bedroom homes.
