For March 2014, a total of 15 units of strata homes, i.e. condos and townhouses, were sold in UBC. This is a decrease from the 22 units that sold in February 2014. In March 2013, there were 25 units that sold.
Of the 15 units that sold last month, 9 were 2-bedroom homes, 6 units were 3-or-more bedroom homes and for the second month in a row, no 1-bedroom homes were sold.
