For November 2014, a total of 14 units of strata homes, i.e. condos and townhomes, were sold in the UBC campus. This is an increase from the 12 units that sold in October, and a decrease from the 15 units that sold in November 2013. The highest number of units sold in November in the last 4 years was in 2011, when a total of 20 homes were sold.
Of the 14 units that sold last month, 1 was a 1-bedroom home, 10 were 2-bedroom homes, and 3 units were 3-or-more bedroom homes.
Looking ahead to the new year, if you are thinking of listing your UBC property, consider the increase in sales of units from December to January: January 2013 a total of 15 units were sold compared to 8 in December 2012; January 2014 a total of 18 units were sold compared to 8 in December 2013.
