For October 2014, a total of 12 units of strata homes, i.e. condos and townhouses, were sold in UBC. This is a decrease from the 19 units that sold in September 2014, but equal to the 12 units that sold in October 2013. The highest number of units sold in October in the last 4 years was in 2011, when a total of 22 homes were sold.
Of the 12 units that sold last month, 3 were 1-bedroom homes, 6 were 2-bedroom homes, and 3 units were 3-or-more bedroom homes.
